Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Dear-Asia, which CREATE MEDIA STUDIO COMPANY LIMITED (“we”) operates. By using the site, you accept them.

1. Accounts

Give accurate information, keep your password secret, and know that you are responsible for everything done in your account. Users under 20 need a parent’s or guardian’s consent before they register or pay.

2. Free and Premium content

Some content is free. Premium content requires a Premium membership that has not expired.

• Access starts once your payment is confirmed and lasts for the number of days in your plan (for example, 30 days).
• If you buy again before your membership expires, the new days are added to your current expiry date.
• Each purchase is a one-time payment. Memberships do not renew or charge you automatically.
• Each membership belongs to one account. Do not share your account.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal or non-commercial educational use. Unless we give written permission, you may not download, screen-record, copy, redistribute or re-upload our videos or content, show them in public, or use them commercially.

4. Intellectual property

Videos, images, text, logos and the Dear-Asia name belong to CREATE MEDIA STUDIO COMPANY LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. Where a page uses third-party material, the page credits its source.

5. Acceptable use

Do not hack the site, get around access controls, scrape it with bots, use it for anything unlawful, or harass other users. If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. In serious cases, we may also refuse a refund.

6. Liability

We provide the service “as is”. We aim to keep it available, but it may go offline for maintenance. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will post each update on this page. If you keep using the site after an update takes effect, you accept the new terms. An update will not reduce Premium access you have already paid for.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes go to the Thai courts.
