Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Dear-Asia uses the following.

1. Essential (cannot be switched off, because the site needs them to work)

• WordPress login (wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wordpress_test_cookie, wp-settings-*): keep you signed in and protect your account. They last for your session, or about 14 days if you tick “Remember me”.
• WooCommerce cart and session (woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*): remember the plan in your cart and where you are in checkout. They last about 2 days.
• Payment: PromptPay QR codes and payment instructions come directly from Stripe; Dear-Asia does not set Stripe cookies.
• Language: the site language is part of the web address (/th/ or /en/), so no cookie is used.

2. Performance

• LiteSpeed Cache (_lscache_vary): makes sure signed-in and guest visitors get the right cached version of each page, so pages load faster. It does not track you.

3. Analytics

None at present. If we add analytics later, such as Google Analytics, we will ask for your consent through a cookie banner first and update this page.

4. Video

Videos stream from ByteArk through your browser’s built-in video player. Neither Dear-Asia nor ByteArk sets cookies for video playback.

5. Advertising

None.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in or pay.
